FAQ:
-
We have a "come as you are" atmosphere! You’ll see everything from jeans and t-shirts to suits and dresses. We only ask that clothing and language remain modest, clean, and family-appropriate so everyone can enjoy a respectful worship environment.
-
Our worship services are designed to be welcoming, engaging, and centered on God’s Word. Each service typically includes a time of worship through music, an opportunity to give (never expected from our guests, but always appreciated), and a biblical message from our Senior Pastor, Luke Hughes, our Student Pastor, Jimmy Hardemann, or an occasional guest speaker.
Services generally last between one hour and one hour and fifteen minutes, though they may occasionally extend to about an hour and a half.
Whether you’ve attended church your whole life or are visiting for the first time, we hope you’ll feel right at home.

Belmont Baptist Church is a member of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC). As a Baptist church, we believe that the Bible is God’s inspired and authoritative Word, that salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ, and that every person can have a personal relationship with Him.
We practice believer’s baptism by immersion, celebrate the Lord’s Supper as a remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice, and are committed to sharing the Gospel, making disciples, and serving our community. While we cooperate with other Southern Baptist churches in missions and ministry, Belmont Baptist Church is self-governing under the leadership of Christ.
