Daily Scripture
"Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful."
Hebrews 10:23
devotion
Hope is not just for the distant future but is meant to shape how we live today. The promise of God’s faithfulness is both a future assurance and a present comfort. Just as Abraham and Sarah leaned on God's promises, we are called to hold unswervingly to the hope we profess. This hope is steadfast, not because of our strength but because of the One who has promised. As we lean into this hope, it strengthens us to live in the light of His faithfulness, regardless of our current challenges.
What does it mean to you to "hold unswervingly" to hope in the midst of life’s trials? How can you remind yourself daily of God’s faithfulness?
"Hope is tied to the Character of God, and He promises that He has prepared a city for all those that love Him." – Luke Hughes
